Who is that Horse Lady?

Howdy, and welcome to my page!  

My name is Valentina, and I'm a horse specialist from the Caribbean Island of Puerto Rico. 

Ever since childhood, I have had a big passion for animals, especially horses. 

I grew up on a farm surrounded by animals, always with my boots and hat on as a true horse lady should. I now have 3 horses, Handsome Boy, Pinky Puff and Flecha de Cupido (Cupid's Arrow), who we call Flechy, and 4 dogs.

I've practiced, and I'm educated in several horse disciplines, including, Equestrian, Paso Fino, Barrel Racing, and Rodeo. 

I work as a freelance Equine Specialist where I train and care for the horses and give riding classes with a therapeutic approach to children with special needs. 

My specialty and love is Natural Horsemanship.

I also own a small business called Handsome Halters, where I make different horse-related equipment to meet the horses' and owners' needs, utilizing paracord and leather. So in a way, I'm already making prosthetics, as these, my art pieces, are made to fit and help my customers, being efficient and beautiful.
